He's holding a sign to go to "Good Place," but Good Place is literally crossed out and labeled "don't go." More proof. There are 7 signs just as there are 7 sections of the island. The seven signs are: Good Place, Somewhere, Hell, Home, Cotton Candy Kingdom, Come on! Arcadia, and Beach.
Good Place for the flower capital, which is the most desirable location in Wano.
Somewhere is Kibi both which never have any specific details discerned about them.
Hell for Oni island, which is fitting for demons.
Home is vague enough to be anywhere because we have characters from every region excluding Kibi.
Cotton Candy Kingdom for Udon, both of which Chopper is headed towards in the cover and story.
Arcadia is Ringo where Zoro was robbed. Explanation:
In Arcadia, there's a thieving messenger of the gods that can often be seen roaming the area. That's the monk who mugged him.
Beach is Kuri's beach where Big Mom was found.
The purpose of Queen pulling out that videoplayer wasn't just so we could see him and his goons cheer at Yasu's death. There's no way that there isn't a scene specifically meant for Luffy to see, and this is it.
