Yes all ZOMBIES are slow, this new wave conception of "zombies" being humans mutated into cannibals is not a zombie, it's the only way they could make zombie movies and not have them be a joke. A ZOMBIE is a corpse brought back from the dead and since it's dead even a fresh corpse would have no muscle strength.
