would creatures like orcs and uruks have strongholds? and stuff, plus they could very powerful races the ones that are more human like, they could have camps and outposts in different zones?

So Like brutes (from Halo) Orcs, Uruks (separate from orcs! xd) and those with two legs and have a brain instead of just instinct?

Yeah, the creatures will act and live as they do in their respective franchises, so orcs and uruks will speak to each other and will build etc. t will also have castles and villages in the zone, the Harry potter zone I'm thinking is literally just the inside of Hogwarts so it's quite compact and being indoors would give something different to what will mostly be outdoor scenes.
