Winter: -attempts to catch it but drops it- damn it! Ok, we'll head there. -picks the bat up-

-Walks out onto the street-

Sayu: Its maybe a 45 minute walk, maybe more with avoiding the dead. We can rest you want.

Winter: could... that really be true? I mean, why would anyone... want this?

Sayu: Thats just it. I dont think it was. You see the news reports right before the power grid went down?

Sayu: They didn't know what to call it. But its not just Japan. According to them, Russia, England, France, and even America were dealing with this....

Winter: So, I guess there's no escaping it?

Sayu: I wouldnt say that. For all we know, a few of those places may have a cure by now. And if they do...theres still hope.

Winter: yeah, I suppose you're right. Think positive. For now though, let's think short term and get away from those people from earlier.

-They cross over another street and can now look off in the distance and see the outline of the vehicles at the checkpoint-
