-a trickle of blood comes from his mouth when he smiles-

"On the highway....a walker broke free from its car...." he whispered, coughing

-his skin has gone noticeably paler-

Ronnie: Im...too far gone....Claria said after it hits the heart....theres no curing it...

-Coughs a bit of blood onto her face-
