Kakuzu can change form of the tentacles at will. And we witness forms its capable of. Whats hard to comprehend it forming into some sort of garment for Hidan to wear? Let alone surgically place the heart inside Hidan, for safety?

Jingou can act as its own separate organism though, so I dont see why it wouldnt overpower the chakra.

Channeling Raiton in Hidan's weapon would greatly increase the weapons power and penetration. And keeps it from getting overpower by other users using nature flow via Darui and Ay
