rasenshuriken i would probably want a fire element to burn zombies maybe ameratasu or a wind chakra to slice them up

You would be killed and infected in no time with such a weapon.

I would get all the supplies I need, and book it. Then I would ransack some homes, and get more supplies and look for any good stuff (weapons). Once I get a gun, supplies, food, I'd be set. Then, I'd find a suitable safe house (mainly underground areas) to be safe.
