"Water, it's made of two hydrogen cells and one oxygen cell connected by covalent bonds. Water is liquid at ambient temperatures, but exists in gaseous states as vapor and solid states as ice." Zombie spoke, as he took a sip of water.
"Water covers 70.9% of the Earth's surface, though 96.5% of it is in the oceans. Water can also exist in the ground as ground water, with varying levels based on the terrain and climate. The same can be said for the atmosphere." Zombie pauses for a moment, as he scratches his anus, "However, water is present in almost all conditions."

Zombie presses his right index finger into his chin as he thinks for a moment, "Well, in the Narutoverse, you could use it as a pulverizing force with enough pressure behind it. You could technically also drown somebody, but that doesn't seem as cool."
Zombie begins dancing, seemingly at random, while finishing up, "A technique and it's user? Well, there is the water clone technique, and that one guy, Zabuza uses it."

Zombie removes all of his clothing, soon becoming quite the nudist. He stretches out his muscles, and performing a few exorcises to get warmed up. After warming up, he proceed to walk out onto the water, danced for a wee bit, then sat down.

Zombie begins to focus his chakra more and more, and the water responded likewise. First small ripples formed, those small ripples soon turned into large ripples and eventually into white capped waves. Zombie seemed to have an elated expression on his face, almost as if making waves was orgasmic.
Zombie stood up, and began concentrating the suiton chakra. It started off fairly faint, then gradually grew thicker and thicker.
The mist clung to Zombie's naked body, shimmering like oil in the brief breaks of sunlight. His gleaming muscles rippled like a statue in morning dew.

He pulls a cigarette out, his fingers placing it into his lips as another hand drags out a lighter. The lighter flicked, and a flame erupted igniting the end of the cigarette. Soon the embers spread and began emitting smoke.
Zombie took a drag, pulling the nicotine rich smoke into his mouth before further inhaling it into his lungs. He relished the moment of bliss, before exhaling twin puffs of smoke from his nostrils.
"Oh, right, water sword thing." Zombie spoke, breaking himself from the distraction of a good smoke.
Zombie held his hand out, his eyes traced the path the chakra would take. He concentrated in his palm, imagining chakra erupting and grabbing moisture from the air and even his own skin.
Before long, water had congealed into a small puddle. It continued growing though, and even maintained a shape. This continued for a while before he finally managed to create a sword.
It was quite a phallic looking sword.

Okay, good, all you have to do is channel your suiton chakra into your hand and make a sword out of water.

Zombie spoke aloud to himself, "Picture a shark, picture a shark, picture a shark."
Possibly the worst looking shark ever formed in the water. It looked more like a half decayed gold fish.
"Well shit, that wont do." Zombie spoke while shaking his head.
He began concentrating again, and harder this time. Something more shark like slowly began to form. Before long, he had a shark made of water swimming around himself.
Zombie raised his right arm, pointing at the dummy. This, combined with his concentration allowed the shark to swim faster before angling itself out of the water in a vicious leap.
The shark made of water bore it's teeth, which then clenched into the dummy.
Zombie danced about while clapping and giggling like a school girl.
