We are going to continue with a technique per post. Anyhow let's get going, neat job for what you did there.

For the next technique I need for you to perform a single hand seal, Tiger as you focus suiton chakra in one of your feet and stomp it onto the ground. Once the foot touches the ground release the chakra and with usage of nature and shape manipulation make the water rise up forming a jet. Keep in mind that this is projectile type of a jutsu. The biggest advantage when it comes to this jutsu is its speed however it is a pretty straighforward technique overall.

Description: After waving the Tiger hand seal the user slams his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.

I start gathering chakra into my left leg and perform the Tiger hand seal. I then change my raw chakra into Suiton chakra by using nature transformation. After properly molding my chakra, I raise my right leg and slam my foot on the ground, releasing my Suiton chakra into the ground which causes water to rise up and move towards my opponent as a slicing jet.
This jutsu is pretty fast. If the opponent would be staying still, if could cause much damage. The problem with this jutsu, as you said, it's that it's quite straightforward. If would be hard hitting a moving target.

Don't forget to mention shape manipulation anyhow neat >_>' Let's get going onto the next technique of the list o-o Basically focus suiton chakra within your upper body, mouth and gullet. Once there release the said chakra whilst applying both processes of nature and shape manipulation. Nature manipulation as to generate water and shape manipulation as to highly compress that water into a wave. If made properly it should be capable of carving earth (of course following elemental weaknesses and strenghts). Ths jutsu can reach mid range and overall it can be used in some situation. Pretty straightforward to be honest.

Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.

I start by gathering chakra into my lungs before changing it into Suiton chakra through nature transformation. Having properly molded my chakra, I begin releasing it through my mouth as water which I then condense/compress it into a wave by using shape manipulation.

This jutsu is pretty fast. It can be used in some situations where you need to react fast. Other than that, I can't see any weakness, despite it's elemental weakness and the fact that this is a C-Rank technique.

Description: After performing the required hand signs Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger the user makes water rise from the ground and they can use this water in various ways. They can create a body of water for a water summoning to be encased in and allow them to move around where normally no water exists, or create a body of water to block incoming attacks or surround his target and then drown them.

Let's call this the all purpose water jutsu because well, it is. So after performing Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger handseals, you will release your Suiton chakra into the ground and make water rise up which can be used for multiple things (e.g summoning that require a water source to be summoned, block incoming attacks, etc.).

Description: This Technique allows the user to propel themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask the users presence.
Note: Must be a large water source such as a lake to use.

This technique is used when you're already in a large body of water. By releasing chakra from your body, you can propel yourself through the water faster than usual. Its useful for hiding your presence against opponents who don't possess sensory/Dojutsu abilities and allows you to perform sneak attacks.

Description: The user will produce a fairly powerful jet of water from the user's hand.

You will release a stream of water from the palm of your hand to attack your opponent or defend from small scale attacks. Its only capable of reaching short range and doesn't require handseals so I'm gonna say its quick to use.

(Suiton: Seibun Hōfutsu) - Water Style: Water Heavens Convergence
I'd say a nice jutsu overall. It is versatile and gives you defensive and movement possibilities. The con though, is that it requires many handseals, which may be bad depending on the situation.
(Suiton: Suichuu Teigen no Jutsu) – Water Release: Underwater Motion Technique
For this one, I'd say that it is very situational and the outcome depends on that. It's not really useful when there's no water source around. But if the circumstances allow it, masking your presence and giving yourself a "push" is great for avoiding upcoming dangers.
(Suiton: Suihachi) – Water Release: Hand of Waves
Hmm, I guess this one is pretty straightforward. You just shoot a powerful projectile from your hands.

Description: After waving the Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger hand seals, the user will gather a large amount of water to form a large spiraling stream of water. It can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles.
Note: Requires a nearby water source.

Weave a few handseals to manipulate your chakra into a water source. Using shape manipulation, you form a spiralling stream of water that can attack your opponent from multiple angles.

(Suiton: Daibakuryuu) - Water Release: Great Exploding Current

Description: User creates a whirlpool that sucks any opponent in range underwater.
Note: Must be performed on a water source

Basically, you form an underwater whirlpool on a source of water that your opponent is standing. The suction disrupts the surface tension of the water and chakra being used by your opponent to stay afloat, causing them to be sucked underneath. Highly situational, but a good technique to have all together
