bio. I think you'd benefit from experiencing what speed blitzing can really be like. It's not something you will experience often, but EIGMs like myself and others will always have it as a trump card. You need to learn how to deal with it.

The giant of a man appears in a flash of speed in front of Byakuran, right arm already pulled back for a punch that the Sandaime attempts to hammer into the Nekura's face.
(Raiton no Yori) - Lightning Release Armour

Description: The user will wrap themselves with lightning chakra, which then electrically stimulates their nerves system and speed up their neural synapes to react faster to danger and push away any physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous strength. This armour, combined with Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a special style of Nintaijutsu which combines Lightning and Taijutsu. While the technique is active, the user is immune to Lightning techniques A-Rank and below but doesn't have any additional defensive bonus. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.

Description:
Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react (that depends on his speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used) but rather that he can perceive the attack.
Note: This version can only be used by 3rd and 4th Raikage bios, while having the Lightning Armor active and only once per turn.
(Kodzuku) Punch

Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply use one of his hands to deliver a simple punch by clenching his fist and swinging his arm. The user is free to do variations of a basic frontal punch and the technique though simple, can be deadly for strong users.

This is the fastest I can go without using usage-limited techniques. My base speed is 11, plus 3 for being an Tai Master and plus another 4 for knowing Satsui no Hado. The Lightning Armor is x3.
Witnessing the Raikage illuminate with the lightning armor, Byakuran unstrapped his leg weights, hoping to keep up with the man famously known for his blinding speeds. He focused on the enemy, however, the Raikage's sudden dash prompted Byakuran to activate his sound sensory, allowing him to actually keep track of the enemy's movements.
Byakuran easily perceived the Raikage's forward motion and his intent to strike him head on. In response, Byakuran swiftly jumped into the air and delivered a drop kick, aimed directly at the Raikage's skull. This allowed him to basically dodge the punch and deliver a leg-weight enhanced kick.
(Katai Omori: Doroppu) Leg Weights: Drop

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.
(Ototon: Naiteki Ne no Jutsu) - Sound Release: Inner Sonar Skill

Description: The user will enhance their hearing by infusing his ears with sound chakra. Then, by utilizing chakra and enfacing his lungs, the user will be able to control the frequency and intensity of the sound emitted from his simple breathing. This low frequency, inaudible sound is passively emitted and has no effect other than emerging from him and bouncing off of objects. Using the enhanced hearing, the user is able to know where everything is around them, effectively creating a sonar effect through the rebound and reflection of sound waves. The hearing and the sonar effect is precise enough so that one can effectively use it to substitute one's vision in battle if needed. Despite being very effective, specially if the user has any of his other senses hindered, it also leaves the user vulnerable to sound genjutsu or sound attacks which will be much more drastic in its effects.
