For a Zetzu to copy Kisame's chakra level and all of his features.

Why didn't the Zetsu's copy Naruto's, Killer B's, their chakra is pretty much unlimited right?

So, they're pretty much "edo-tensei level", unlimited chakra, and they are numerous!

If the Zetsu's can copy other ninja's jutsu's like what they did with Kisame Vs Bee, The copied version was able to use Kisame's techniques.

So, what I'm truly trying to say is, they're too powerful and they can pretty much demolish most shinobi's, So why didn't they just copy people's powers to begin with? instead of their normal form? There is a loop hole, If the Zetsu's were to copy naruto, let say 1000 naruto's that would be a big significant, because Naruto's rasengan is deadly!
