The above says Black Zetsu is Alive and White Zetsu is Deceased.

Black Zetsu got scythed in 2 by Chojuro's attack just before Mei was summoned to Madara's fight

White Zetsu got burned by Sasuke's Amaterasu, although there is no perfect proof of that, it is what's been shown so far
