Zetsu's personality explained?!

Given what we saw in the latest chapter about Hashirama's personality, and since Zetsu is a clone of Hashirama, then this should be the explanation for Zetsu's character.

So in the Itachi-Sasuke battle they had Madara and Hashirama as commentators? Or at least almost.

My point is that with hindsight, Hashirama was expected to be like that, but no one thought about it this way.
