Zetsu WTF?

What is Zetsus history. Naruto wikia says that white zetsu was created from hashiramas cells and black zetsu.... that about all that i know. Where did black zetsu come from... did Madara poop him out before his fight with hashirama and told him what to do.:shrug:

I believe white is from hashirama cells and black is Madara's cells , and black zetsu has something to do with tobi
