Sugietsu has nothing that can hurt Zetsu without his sword. I'm sure you can't drown him, but Zetsu can't hurt Suigetsu either...probably comes down to attrition and I'd have to say Zetsu wins in that category.

I agree. Unless of course Zetsu's spores could affect him?

He can make himself muscled enough to pick up Zabuza's sword. He isn't going to be able to rip a tree out of the earth and swing it that fast. Zetsu would easily see this coming and merge with the earth.

Not only that, but the forrest of death trees are massive. They're easily about the same size as redwoods. He doesn't have the slightest chance of doing that.
