@Everyone else: Black Zetsu has the ability to record everything he sees. Hence, he'd know EVERYTHING about itachi. He is a Sensor, and doesn't need sight to track his enemy. Maito Guy didn't look at Itachi face and still held his own, so a sensor type such a Zetsu could easly hold his own too. Clones are included! Zetsu does have wood release, so yes, he has fighting abilities.

Itachi would obliterate any number of zetsu without even using sharingan. Zetsu's cant even beat kunai throwing chuunin. And Itachi is the best kunai user in the entire narutoverse.

does zetsu get clone army? black zetsu is a sensor so he cant be trapped in genjutsu. zetsu knows everything about itachi so he wouldnt fight him directly, preferring to spam clones at him. black zetsu can form mokuton roots under itachis feet and stop movements, then have original white zetsu suck all his chakra out. mayfly can prevent damage since he can move underground at immense speeds or fuse with objects.

Itachi LOW DIFF, he uses Amaterasu and burns Zetsu to death. Or seals him with the Sword of Totsuka

incinerated logic since if he seals one zetsu, this means nothing because he can respawn. i dont htink itachi has the stamina or chakra to fight that many zetsu.

itachi can ametersu or put him in a genjustu, and to be honest i see no way that zetsu's move can kill anyone. All he can do is absorb his chakra, shurekien justu should be enough to kill zetsu

Thank's for clearing that up for me. I originally thought it was Obito but my opinion switched. If they both have mokuton they should both have the same basic powers though.

well think of it as black zetsu appose to white zetsu. Obito basically boosted the spiral zetsu's mokuton and his own with his uchiha powers, just as white zetsu's mokuton can barely do anything, while Madara's will(uchiha powers) can powerup the mokuton and further extend it, do something (black zetsu).
