Zetsu is easily distinguished by two large venus fly trap-like extensions that envelop his head and upper body, giving him a plant-like appearance. When his extensions are open and his head is visible, it is revealed that Zetsu has short green hair, yellow eyes, and that his body has two different colored halves, his left side is completely white and the right side black. The black color doesn't extend all the way down Zetsu's body, as his feet are both white.When he splits into two the plant like extensions go down the waist and now have the appearance of spikes, each halve has half of the Akatsuki robe and the halve they are missing is replaced with new body mass.
Unlike the white side, which shows a normal mouth, nose, and eye, the black side shows no visible orifices at all and only shows the iris of the eye. The black side also has white dots along the edges. Zetsu also has unusually rounded teeth. He has a light purple nail polish and wears his ring on the little finger but to date his ring has never been seen.
Personality:
To go with his two different colored halves, Zetsu seems to have a split personality.The two halves also converse with each other, and occasionally differ in opinion (the black half is more serious and intelligent while the white half is carefree, easygoing, and seems to enjoy toying with others).[2] They also seem to communicate through their thoughts.

History:
In narutobase he first met chanxyz,who would become his first partner and rival too,together they began to improve very much but in a moment,zetsu found obito and his brother sasuke,with obito and sasuke he had very good moments often asking them question about everything,after finding them he found a very powerfull person:Ice,who later would become his first sensei,with ice-sensei he begun his first training as a ninja,learning how to control chakra and he learned the first two fire jutsus but Ice then learned that someone had attacked his village,so he had to leave,later while walking through narutobase he found a school of ninjas,he asked the director of the school a very powerfull kunoichi called akiza to let him enter her school but she said that the school had too many students at the moment,so after being rejected from the school he finded a guy sleeping over a tree,he asked his name name and he told him that his name was vergil.Vergil then told zetsu to come to konohagakure,that was a village in the land of fire and hashirama accepted,so they both headed for konohagakure,when they arrived at the gates of konoha,many people recieved vergil like he was some kind of hokage or something like that,then zetsu learned that Vergil was a very resected sensei in konoha,so zetsu asked him if he could train him in wind,to what vergil answered yes,so he began a new training with Vergil,a few weeks later he had finished the training so he wanted to test himself against someone,so zetsu begun to search in the village,for somebody of his power to fight,when he entered a bar he found Obito!apparently obito lived there,so after learning that,he challenged obito to a battle which zetsu woned,after that he founded the pervy sage,whom was even more powerfull than obito,the pervy sage and zetsu fought 3 times and the pervy sage woned the three times.After a month of training,zetsu left the village and went to the lightning country,where he founded sinister and kirabi,both teached an element to zetsu,sinister taught him earth and kirabi continued with the fire training.After a long time in the lightning country he found axle who maked zetsu and another guy called kingmoe his aprentice.So he began a journey with his master,in which he founded akiza again,akiza taught hashirama ninjutsu and a bit of genjutsu,while axel taught zetsu strategys and forms of jutsu and some custom jutsu too.Later on the journy he founded alucard,another sensei who taught him lightning and now he still continues training with his senseis. After 3 months of training,zetsu had mastered all the elements and was a powefull person.He then founded a person called Emperor,zetsu asked him to be his sensei and emperor answered by telling him to make 5 jutsu and fight with a lot of persons.Now zetsu had a new mission,fight and create jutsus.In the process he founded chan,who,like him, had trained a lot.So chan became his training mate and fighted very often,he kept fighting with obito,too.But he defeated obito every time,so obito decided that instead of keep fighting zetsu he would train a lot and defeat him in another battle.After another 3 months,zetsu had become a very powerfull person,he had created a jutsu and was about to complete another 2.So now he is trying to finish the jutsus,to transform emperor into his sensei.
