Considering how huge impact on narutoverse tobito had with the whole akatsuki/war thing, I have to say I would be rather dissapointed if Madara didnt already have a good plane before obito showed up..
you cant just leave your eyes to a child/Nagato and expect him to revive you in the future just like you cant expect some random kid with hax eyes powers to show up and make your plan come true
I think (black) Zetsu will have a much bigger role in everything and that he was the original one to carry on madara's plan until Obito showed up. And correct me if I'm wrong but only Obito's right side has Zetsu body attached to him, right?
Then why did the Tobi who fought Minato lost his left arm?
I think that the Tobi who fought Minato and the tobi who showed his face to Kisame were actually Zetsu's clones cuz he could transform into both and have their powers (Obito or Madara's)
and not to say that his speech, attitude and his behaviour during the incident was strange, like he was someone different and had more plans than just infinite tsukuyomi, more like rulling the world or finally getting something we waited for so long.
maybe black Zetsu was the one who got in contact when Madara was young and told him some secrets about uchiha/rinnegan..kishi still has a lot of shit to explain now
