It doesn't matter as the orb will be drawing Zetsu as well, so he will be crushed, meaning he can no longer perform a Jutsu. How is he going to use Shinsuusenju when Minato has teleported far away. He isn't going to do anything when a massive TBB hits him. Spiral Zetsu can still die. Its like saying Hashirama cant die since its his own cells yet he died in the end. White Zetsu said he can die, so did black Zetsu. Same for spiral Zetsu.

We're talking here about Zetsu starting with the Shinsuusenju. I'm pretty sure the big mouth can tank Chibaku Tensei with something. As for Minato transporting it, he might, but Zetsu will just summon it back. The Shinsuusenju can fire off instantly, not leaving Minato time to prepare a Bijuudama, and Hashirama had organs unlike Zetsu. Spiral Zetsu can just split himself and re-do himself somewhere else.
