Zetsu is the will of Shinju not Kaguya, he is the one moving Kaguya and desire for Kaguya revival. Like how uchiha deceive by Zetsu that how Kaguya was. Zetsu is the core evil of NV the one who shape history of shinobi. Zetsu need a credit he is actually FV of Naruto manga not Kaguya or Madara. Without Zetsu there will be No Uchiha, No Madara, No Obito, No Kaguya, No shinju > NO MANGA. Zetsu need a respect as the one who shape history and Shinju will. I also believe Zetsu is the one who need White Zetsu army not Kaguya as the fact Kaguya following orders that not her will but Shinju/Zetsu will.
