Considering most people consider Zetsu a Fodder I would like to make this thread in reference to Zetsu overall usefulness as imo he was the most effective member of Akasuki.
While the majority of us make threads about how strong someone is we sometimes forget Zetsu actual purpose which was Intel:
No other character in this series was more effective at Intel than Zetsu:
Planted himself on people Obito/Madara wanted tracked without them knowing
Record actual events
Had Full INTEL on ALL of akatsuki's enemies and akatsuki themselves
They knew about Yata mirro and Totsuka Blade
Could be anywhere at any time to contact whoever
Perfect Infiltration
Say what you want but with Zetsu on your side its no wonder Obito and Madara were so successful. The guy provides everything a villain requires
