Sasuke should still win high diff.
-Susano stops any attack used by Orochimaru without much trouble.
-Enton projectiles via Susano smash Orochimaru, his Hydra and Manda, especially if used via v3 Susano.
-MS Genjutsu still affects Zetsu Oro, even if only temporarily. A temporary immobilisation is all Sasuke needs to end it with Amaterasu or Enton.
-Genjutsu takes control of Manda without Orochimaru realising it. Hydra make Oro extremely prone to Genjutsu since they have a pair of eyes on every head, yet all of them leading to the same mind.

Though to be honest, it's a load of shit once you analyze the Databook and realize how Hebi Sasuke's stats are on par with Orochimaru's without any Senjutsu Enhancements or the Sharingan.

But again, manga implies the opposite, so I really can't say.
