That's the problem. Sasuke can't hit him, he doesn't have the speed to catch him off guard, and if he manages to, he can't land the killing blow in one hit. However, he does need to be tangible to hit sasuke, where he could take advantage so I'm saying its a draw, leaning towards obito.

That's the problem. Sasuke can't hit him, he doesn't have the speed to catch him off guard, and if he manages to, he can't land the killing blow in one hit. However, he does need to be tangible to hit sasuke, where he could take advantage so I'm saying its a draw, leaning towards obito.

Intangibility is an issue, but:

-Mokuton can be dodged in it's large scale form. Sashiki is useless against Sasuke as it will never land, and if he uses the branches to go in CQC Chidori Katana cuts them apart.

-This Obito hadn't shown the ability to warp himself or others.

Obito probably outlasts.
