Zetsu is a pretty interesting and entertaining character when you realize

White Zetsu carries traits of Hashirama and his personality.

Black Zetsu carries traits of Madara and his personality.

So, whenever Black Zetsu and White Zetsu interacted with each other, it was essentially Madara and Hashirama interacting with each other.

Zetsu is the only Shinobi to really.... be a Shinobi. He uses stealth, manipulation, works in the shadows.... I mean he would spy on various people with power: Itachi vs Sasuke, Nagato in general, Jiraiya vs Pain, Sasori and Deidara's fights, Kakuzu and Hidan after beating Yugito, Finding the Nobles....


The guy is probably the one true remaining Shinobi in Naruto...
