He's stronger than Hidan and Konan so long as he gets to use HIS fighting style.

He can't use the Shark skin transformation nor anyone else's abilities.Zetsu absorbed Kisame's chakra and had to of operated like a spore. Or else Kisame could never go inside the sword which they separated out from (Zetsu clone and Samehade w/Kisame ) one another. Thus, Zetsu is using his perfect replication technique.

Hidan and konan are way stronger

Hidan killed Asuma, even zetsu can't do that

Konan killed a decent amount of konoha ninjas during the invasion.

Zetsu has never killed anybody in a one on one fight, he uses tactics to transform into an comrade then processed to stab you you in the back when your guard is down.

White Zetsu survived the Reikage fist, Mizukage's acid which was melting Sasuke's Susano and the double Lariat by A and Bee bros! Nobody even sensed him in the summit not even the sensors with Kages or Karin lol.
The original Zetsu with both halves would solo most Kages lol and Akatsuki members.
Zetsu was killed for plot!
