Zetsu Armor controlling Obito?

I searched but didn't see this posted before. I was re-reading the last chapter and had a thought when Obito put on the Zetsu suit. Also the idea popped in my head after reading this in another thread.

After reading the recent chapter, I decided to go back and read about minato fighting tobi. However, when Minato landed a hit on Tobi, his left arm was oozing. Wasn't his right side was made of the cells though?

This leads me to believe that the Tobi who fought Minato was wearing zetsu like in the recent chapter.

Since Obito is now "Inside" Zetsu's body... Is it possible Obito could at some point no longer have control of his own body? Zetsu's not letting Obito out and his actions being stronger than Obito's? Like stepping into a suit of armor, then that armor comes alive and you cant control where it moves or who it kills. Also having access to abilities that the "host" has?

Assuming this is true, Maybe it was Zetsu who attacked the village, forcing Obito to watch from inside? Maybe he was forced to watch his clan murdered as well? Or possibly even killing Rin? this could have a huge emotional toll on Obito and could explain a lot...

Any thoughts?

I doubt. When Obito changes personalities from being goofy, which most of the people believe is the doing of the Zetsu armor, to adopting the Madara alias, his evil intent has not changed, and IMO, he became more evil.

What Obito/Tobi has done uring flashbacks we have seen so far:
1. Killed Minato's Anbu guards.
2. Attempted to kill baby Naruto.
3. Killed Hiruzen's wife.
4. Extracted Kurama and controlled him to destroy the village.
5. Was the root of the death of Minato and Kushina.

When Deidara used C5, some people believe that it was the goofy Tobi (the zetsu armor) that was killed, which also explains the reason for the sudden change of personality. But this is just a theory.

Current Obito/Tobi:

1. Captured and helped in the extraction of a number of Jinchuuriki
2. Influenced and puppeted Pein in leading the Akatsuki. All of the deaths of Jinchuurikis are basically Obito's doing.
3. Destroyed Konoha through Pein. (He influenced Pein and everything was Obito's plan)
4. Influenced Sasuke to battle the 5 kages just to test his metal.
5. Declared war.
6. Killed Konan and stole Rinnegan.
7. Is currently attempting to kill Kakashi, Gai and capture the remaining 2 jinchuurikis.

So from this, we can conclude that Obito is evil in his own intent. No influence or commands from some armor made from plant.

Well I actually agree. But its possible that the initial attacks and evil deeds were not committed by him but by zetsu. Then later Madara capitalized on the emotional trauma and was able to win him over. In which his later evil deeds were committed on his own

I agree being controlled would feel to contrived we already know why he is doing what he is doing mainly stemming from his love for rin.Why would the brainwashing element be needed maybe if he was a good guy and there was no reason for him to be acting this way then the brainwashing element might be needed but thats already covered

i like this idea. =) as zetsu has his body wrapped arond Obito now, it is possible that he may be able to control Obito.

I dont think zetsu is gonna control his body I mean they may get to the battle field and zetsu keeps him from jumping in to save rin when she apparently dies but other than making him attack someone I dont think that will be the case. IMO

i dont think it controls him, because Rin died from the mist ninjas and kakshi didnt save her. obito loved Rin which made obito to take his anger out on the mizukage and made it the bloody mist watever.

i had this idea before when madara came to the battle with obito. asked if he started the plan early.

"fsshh" came from obitos healing aarm.

madara says. well it is 'you' guess u have some plan
