Same with Tsunade, while she isnt a zetsu she basically have somewhat of the same DNA. I don't think that the Sannin are over. We'll the two nin. Lol

No, they won't be immune to the transformation. The difference between the god tree's zetsus and the ones in the war is that one is created from the shinju and one is made from Hashirama's dna. So, orochimaru who is part zetsu will become entirely zetsu and the same applies to Tsunade. If they are tied to the tree, it will completely transform them.
