Interesting.
Starts gathering chakra for quite some time, i then only manipulate it to wind-chakra. I then mold it in the air around me forming gusts of wind. As i see them, i throw up 3 shurikens which then engaged with the gust of wind and start rotating furiously, *concentrate on moving the disks* hey look, this is soo cool .

First, i concentrate on gathering chakra and then manipulating it to wind-chakra. I then start to mold it in my hands and then slash my hand as though it was a sword. A crescent-like shape wind then took shape after my slash and towards the bottom of the mountain. It gained momentum and became bigger and faster. BOOM!!!
But it was still weak compared to stronger jutsus.
