Since my bone is thrown with great speed, and is harder than steel, your jutsu does shizzle to it, therefore it continues towards you and hits you in your head, thereby killing you instantly.

you said nothing about it being thrown at high speed and since when is Bone Stronger then Steel?

If you had said, "I shoot out my Spinal Cord at you with High Speeds" then I would have done something different, but Just saying "I throw it at you." it's like an average throw, nothing special..

That still doesn't mean that you attack goes through, I used a C rank Fuuton Attack to Disrupt your attack, even if it doesn't cut through, it still hit's with enough force to deflect it...

Since you state that you throw your disks to cut through my spinal cord, that would mean that all your wind disks would hit my bone, and combined they will deflect it. They will not continue towards me though, since they didn't cut through my bone.

As the spikes shoots through the ground, i use my reflexes and hearing to notice them, and reacts incredibly quickly by growing a bone armor that will protect all my vital points, but not hinder my movements in any way O_O
The spikes hit my armor and gets smashed.

It seems the whole point of your jutsu is to focus wind chakra around weapons, and use the chakra to give the weapons more cutting power and control them. Since you have no base to focus wind chakra around, my theory is that your technique is in fact, useless O_O
