[Question] Zeref and achnologia

Is it confirmed that zeref had something to do with achnologias transformation or nah

I believe it was mentioned Achnologia became the way he is because he kept slaying dragons and bathe in their blood.

Every dragonslayer had the potential of this apparently but from what was mentioned recently, we now know why others haven't become like him.....or remotely close even.

Possibly, we don't know for sure, but he always seems to show up when something involving Zeref is occurring.
