@ Step One: I begin my practise by carefully controlling my breathing, to ensure maximum control of my chakra, mind and body. I carefully begin to focus chakra into my hands. To begin with, i only focus a minimal amount into my hands to get a basic layout of how it feels and how i should continue. Then, i slowly begin to push more chakra into my hands, while carefully managing my chakra and ensuring that i spend and focus just the right amount. As the chakra amount seems to reach an approveable point, i double check my hands and chakra for any flaws and corrects them patiently. Once i've checked for flaws and errors, i flex my hands testingly and takes special note of how the chakra feels. I follow up by positioning myself in front of a tree in an offensive stance and simply smashing both my fists into the tree.sorry for the lateness of this training what we are gonna do is bulish training so we can get through it quicker but still wont accept sloppyness in the replies okays so firstly lets begin with basic control.
Step 1. First concentrate chakra into your hands and try and create a inner chakra layer that can enhance the power of the punch. once completed strike a tree to test the control of the chakra.
Step 2. Next will be concentration of chakra to your leg and do the same with the hand in creating inner layer and striking a tree.
Step 3. Is Finally multiple limbs which i will want you to concentrate chakra into both your legs and then by jumping up into the air kick both legs into a tree to deal damage.
Bump .-.
Well, it seems to me that the sixth sense is more or less a matter of perception, it's about listening and trusting your senses to their fullest. The sixth sense reminds me of some kind of ultra quick meditation in battle, clearing the head and focusing only on the task ahead, while leaying a heavier wieght on all of the five senses, instead of mainly sight as fighters usually do. The sixth sense, as said before, is really just an enhanced sense of perception and danger. Or that's how i see it anyways.
Okays well lets then get to the sixth sense then tell me what you understand about it
Good though you got part right, a person doesnt abandon their 5 senses they use them with their sixth sense which is their mind, sixth sense is about having no mind, letting go of everything and just flowing with the way the battle pans out.Well, it seems to me that the sixth sense is more or less a matter of perception, it's about listening and trusting your senses to their fullest. *I position myself in the lotus position and starts to meditate. Now then i want you to take the meditational position and begin meditating for several hours
good now next is to clear your mind remove every doubt and everything in your mind*I position myself in the lotus position and starts to meditate. I make sure to take deep breaths and to let the feeling of everything around me stand strongly in my mind.*
I gather my focus around a single thought and purpose, to rid my consciousness of all doubt and distractions. I begin in the inner sanctum of my mind, grabbing the bull by the horns so to speak, and slowly expands my purging outwards. I go over every memory and thought and rids them of all doubt, guilt and distractions. By using my experience in meditation to supplement my purging, i slowly enter a calm state of mind.good now next is to clear your mind remove every doubt and everything in your mind
We shall see *using lightning speed itachi draws six shuriken from his sleeves and throws them at you*I gather my focus around a single thought and purpose, to rid my consciousness of all doubt and distractions. Good enough? .-.
From my lotus position i flat out refuse to even attempt to dodge, especially since it would be near impossible. I presume that the three shurikens are coming towards me in a kind of wall formation and not in two lines, if i assume wrong, please correct me and i'll act accordingly. I follow the shurikens with my eyes to the best of my abilities, and raises both of my hands in preperation for the oncoming shurikens. With my clear mind i've been able to calculate the shurikens precise trajectory, and therefore my arms are placed perfectly to counter them. I swat the first two shurikens away with my left and right hand, simply by landing a precise hit on their sides causing them to shoot past me. At roughly the same time i move my elbows inwards with a quick motion, thereby cathing two shurikens by the holes as my elbows collide, thereby stopping them in their path towards my chest. I seem to have a slight problem with the last two, but by fluidly continuing the inwards motion when my elbows collide, therbey causing them to slide past each other after they catch the two shurikens, i should be able to form a lightning quick cross-guard, with which i should be able to at least stop the last two shurikens from hitting anything but my arms or hands. We shall see *using lightning speed itachi draws six shuriken from his sleeves and throws them at you*
well i guess that was a good responce though i was more looking for just sitting there not even reacting or moveing to counter because then it would of shown no mind because the shuriken wouldnt of hit any vitals otherwise the training would have stoppedFrom my lotus position i flat out refuse to even attempt to dodge, especially since it would be near impossible. (Sempai Oshie: Purantan Ryuuchou Yanagi Shushou) - Elder Teachings: Springtime Flowing Willow Palm
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage point: N/A
Description: The user after opening their sixth sense (elder teachings: sixth sense) begins taking a special stance where they are acting like a flowing willow tree using their palms flat and using the maximum surface area of the palm is then capable of reacting fast enough to deflect incoming attacks because of the clear mind and when coming to taijutsu attacks the user uses the body weight of the enemy and throws them behind them throwing them some distance due to use of body weight.
Note: Can only be used after use of Elder teachings: sixth sense
for this technique its basically a movement form that allows you to flow and re-direct incoming attacks so basically it will require you to reinact the flowing movement of the wilow tree. by flattening your palms and then using their maximum surface area to help deflect incoming attacks and using your targets body weight to help throw the enemy.

Well, now do it again(The Willow Palm technique.) and this time when you push the blade to create an opening, use that opportunity to strike.
*I swiftly unsheath my katana. I go into a low-stance, leaning my right side towards you while having my right leg stretched out across the ground(Pointing at you.). I have my left leg backwards supporting my weight on it. I hold my katana with both my hands at my left ear pointing at you. I immediatly after taking the stance set off with my left leg, launching myself foward. I of course, bow my right leg foward aswell using it support whilist I'm going to make the stabbing motion. As I set off I send my left arm backwards while launching my right arm foward within the katana, stabbing you.*
