The term "interesting" is outright subjective, this means that Zeno's charachter is more undefinable than we thought.

It came out suddenly into the picture bcus Zeno like Universe 4 "speaking logically" and Goku is not a poster child infront of Zeno like he think he was with his 'Zen-Chan' calling BS.

Indeed. Unlikely that Goku will lose intentionally.

Tbh its also very weird imo that Zeno promises if universe 9 wins he wont erase the universes that lose.
Dafuq? He says that during a match? What is the universe 7 fighter suppose to think of that?
The win looks silly if you lose intentionally and the promise would that way be silly too.

So maybe the promise wont hold if Goku would intentionally lose?
The promise may only apply if the fight ends where both fighters gave their all?
People might dislike Goku a lot if he wins though as rooting for Bergamo and Bergamo winning
can mean they wont be erased.

On the other hand several universes would be erased regardless and thanks to Goku reminding Zeno of the tournament
they have gotten a chance to prevent Zeno from erasing their universe.
Although Bergamo gives them an even better opportunity to save themselfs apparently, if Zeno goes through with
not erasing any universe if Bergamo wins.

Was it really if Bergamo wins this pretournament match or if universe 9 wins the upcoming tournament of power?
That may also have been what was meant and that would be cool if the universe with the lowest average mortal lvl could be rewarded that noone gets erased, if they win the tournament of power.

Might be overkill, as someone with the intention of saving others, can use the super dragonballs for that purpose. On the other hand not necessarily overkill. As the one crowned as best warrior will only save the others with the super dragonballs, if he is a type who wants to save the other universes. If a different type of warrior wins, the super dragonballs may be used for something else.

Exactly but zeno is basically a child with an ant farm he just goes by what he's feeling at the moment look how easily bergumo persuaded him in the last episode
