It seems like Dragonball is getting stronger and stronger and if if we consider the current rate of progress, I can verily theorize it'd end up getting a nigh omnipotent/omnipotent character. Furthermore the statement- "He can the 12 universes in a blink of an any" implies casual destruction,not full effort. Afterall we're getting battles that'd be surpassing space and time.
