PERSONALITY
Zeke is a very intelligent and curious individual, his cerebral traits are also characterized by a marked apathy and callousness. Zeke displays the traits of a leader, comfortable with giving orders and commanding his subordinates. If his orders are not followed, he does not hesitate to use brute force. He will often remind himself during battle to not get worked up and to find the "enjoyment" in life, indicating that his outward apathy towards his actions might be some form of a coping mechanism.

Zeke's parents were doctors in the Land of Water and because he had wanted to become a Ninja, he stayed with his uncle who happened to be one of the village's few Jonin. When he was twelve a pandemic hit the Village and he lost both parents to the pandemic because they had gotten infected with the plague while treating their patients. In his eyes his parents were heroes but they were a different type of heroes, they were heroes that saved lives without taking any. Zeke liked the medicine profession but he knew doctors could not protect others from Ninjas and he also liked the thrill that came with plotting battle plans and then seeing as it all played out too much for him to stick to the medicine profession.
After Zeke had passed the chunin exam he decided he wouldn't stay in a particular village permanently so he set out to see the world, grow stronger as a Ninja and become more enlightened as a person. He departed from the village shortly after and after a few weeks of traveling he encountered a group of Ninjas that consisted of eight Ninjas. When they met initially they tried to take his possessions but he held his ground against them pretty well and the leader decided to give him a chance to join them. Zeke agreed because they were headed in the same direction as him but he told them he would have to leave the group soon.
Zeke traveled for months with his new group and later discovered they were mercenaries, he joined them when they went for their occasional missions and that helped him gain battle experience. On one of their missions, the group suffered a great loss and Zeke had narrowly escaped. Now he navigates the Ninja world solo.
