Hey there new ninja, i will try to make your training interesting and try to pass all the knowledge.
Explain to me how earth jutsus work in Naruto, give me example of a jutsu, tell me what they require, give me a name of a village that's good in earth jutsus and name of a ninja that uses earth element.

Hey sensei!
Earth jutsus work by using earth style chakra to manipulate the ground. they require actual earth; they cant just be used on whatever you're standing on, like a tile or water. An example of an earth jutsu is the hiding like a mole technique, which lets the user quickly hide underground. Iwagakure ninja are good at earth jutsus and are the most common users of them. Kakashi is an example of a ninja that uses earth element.

Kakashi !! isnt he have the lightening specialty, i mean he is more famous for his lightening jutsus, i wanted to know some good doton users.
well, We will start by you going to that cave and you need to meditate in there for 72 hours. Upon coming out you hopefully have learned something about rocks.

*sits on the rock and meditates. on the first day, i think to myself that this training is dumb, and by the second day im sitting in rain, but on the third day, i get a sudden great understanding of the use and properties of rocks and realize i was wrong about the training.*
well zaraki sensei, i think i understand how to use rocks better now. obviously they're very hard, and this makes them good for both defense and offense. they're good for defense because they're large and firm, making them good for blocking attacks. they're toughness also makes the good offensively, because if it hits the opponent, it could injure them badly. also, rocks are found nearly everywhere, so if you can learn to use them in these ways, then they'll be very useful.

*points palms at rocks and flows doton chakra into them. the rocks begin to become respondent to my chakra and i bend them in front of the kunai just before they hit me*
Well actually, u dont have to mold the existing stones/rocks. you have make the shield by molding ur own chakra.
i want to concentrate on ur chakra and release it by molding into rock, and shape it into the form of sheild.

*i stick my hands out in front of me, and let my earth chakra flow out. suddenly rocks begin to form in front of me. i quickly use my chakra to shape them into the shield as kunai deflect off them*

take the help of shape manipulation to shape the earth/rock into sword

*putting my hands to the earth/rock shield i created, i spread my earth chakra throughout it. i try to spread it to the top and bottom, but avoid the sides, so that it will get longer and thinner. it begins to do so, and i compact the earth as much as i can to make a long earth sword and sharpen it into a blade*

as u were coming towards me i make several earth pillars around me to act as hurdles for u, destroy them with ur sword,

*using my doton chakra, a new earth sword rises out of the ground. it's slightly better made due to previous experience, but I know it will still break after slicing through some pillars. this time when i come after you, i quickly form a few pillars behind you and beside you to prevent you from escaping my blade.*

i wanted to hear tht, u can make another a better one quickly.
As u created the pillars to trap me i focus the lightening in my hands and strike the pillars and break them easily. and transfer little lightening to ground and force it to travel to ur feet to shock you
