Looks
A tall, lanky, white haired man with dark skin. He typically wears a black, long-sleeved muscle-shirt under a white suit & shoes & is often seen smoking a cigar. Is apparently well endowed.
Personality
Described as a hotheaded, hyper-sexual juvenile punk, he is easily annoyed, quick to lose his temper and his juvenile actions often get him and others into trouble.
Despite this, he is supposedly good at looking after new shinobi, and so was assigned as Leo's partner/Bodyguard. He is also something of a ladies man, possessing several lovers in different villages.
For reasons unknown, he continuously tries to fight Klaus, only to be routinely smacked down.

Zapp grew up in Kumogakure, leaving a peaceful life of laziness and boredom. During his early years Zapp would practice his lightning jutsu, while not knowing it at the time, he had a strong grasp of lightning and it's properties, leading up to him learning how to control magnetic objects with his chakra. While initially only being able to move small metal objects such as a single shuriken, Zapp quickly was able to refine his skills to the point of being able to control several shuriken and kunai at the same time, giving him complete control over their movements. After several years and mastering several of the basic ninja skills along with completing most of his elemental training, Zapp was 15 and had began building a bow and special type of arrows while pouring his magnetism chakra into the construct of the build, giving the bow magnetic properties, however the bow was stolen on Zapp's 24th birthday, leaving him without his bow that took so many years to build and master. Zapp currently is in Konohagakure looking for his bow.

Zapp always carries a red bow on his back for easy access along with a quiver that holds 15 arrows.
Along with the bow and arrows, Zapp also carries around a blood red sword strapped to his back similar to Sasuke's except in the opposite direction.
