The ring of the frost giant king of the north. Its made of a special metal that can channel Water, Wind and Ice chakra. Wielding the ring gives the user greater power for his Water, Wind and Ice jutsu and gives him the unique ability to materialize a weapon made of either one of these elements in the hand the ring is. For example, the user can materialize a hammer, a sword, a whip, a glove, a bow, etc. User must choose which weapon is materialized, and only one weapon may be used per turn.
Abilities:
+5 damage to Wind and Water
+10 damage to Ice
The elemental weapons that can be created are equal to S-Rank elemental jutsu
Restrictions:
Creating the weapons counts as a turn
Weapons maintain themselves until destroyed or released
While wielding an elemental weapon, user can't make hand seals ( this applies to those who can’t use one handed seals like my haku bio though)
Weapons can't be thrown but only wielded

I Take out 3 kunai in one hand ( my left hand .) And I focus my Wind chakra into all 3 I thorw them at you in a v formation. At the same tine with my other hand I wave the sigb for a bunshin ( haku can do one handed seals) and I make 3 clones l1 to my far right ( not roight next to me ) l2 to my far left and l3. far Behind me.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Shortly after making my clones I place my hand on the ground and I send chakra into the ground. ( i make the cloens and thropw the kunai at the same time so theres only a small time gap between throwing the kunais and the next doton jutsu i"m about to use.

Right after useing this I stand right back up and I makes a sword out of wind with my custom weapon on my right hand you can't see it as its Mainy wind. I charge at you by now the Kunai have been countered. As I reach you ( btw my clones are still behind me where I made them at they haven't moved) I take out a normal sword with my left hand and I focus my wind chakra into it. As i reach you I swing the blade to the left on an angle aimed at your waist the blade is going across your waist as you block the normal sword infused with wind chakra I swing my wind blade from my custom weapon to the right of you going across Your neck. in the chance you some how block the wind blade with your other hand i knee you in the gut with both your hands busy on my swords you won't be able to block my knee.

Note: the blade made of wind is from. My custom weapon, so yes it counts as a jutsu.

(Asking who I will use is kinda predictable since one will be dropped next week, and have never even used so I am just gonna go with what makes me so unique )

*as I see you throwing the wind enhanced kunai's at me and making the clones at the exact same time quickly throw one kunai that has an explosive tag and two smoke bombs attached to it, the moment it hits your kunai that is in the front of them mine blows up which causes your other kunai's to blast away and I quickly use the Flight Technique to hover off the ground and Shadow Clone technique creating One clone in front of me (who is not flying but standing on the ground) the Camouflage Concealment Technique while using the smoke from the explosive tag and smoke bombs as cover (The flight and concealment techniques do not require handseals to be used as shown when Muu used them both)*

(Furaito no Jutsu) - Flight Technique

*while I am invisible and in the air I quickly fly to the right in an arc manor towards you and your clones (I last knew you were there with your clones) and my clone rushes towards you and your clones as the smoke is dispersing and I fly up above/behind you and your clones (mind you your ground pressure sensing ability believes the clone who is rushing at you is the real me due to me using the smoke as a cover), and while you have made your sword my clone throws a flash bomb and another kunai at you that is enhanced with wind chakra and has an explosive tag attached to it*

As i'm running at you and i see the kunai with a flash bomb and explosive tag i put the normal sword in my mouth and i take out a shuriken and i focus as much chakra into it as possable i also focus chakra into my arma dn i throw the shuriken as hard as i can at an angle aimed at the kunai thge shuriken hits the kunai and deflects it to make it go left away from me out my line of vision i then put the blade back in my hand and i am reaching the fake you, as i clash with "you" not knowing your a clone, my shadow clone l1 makes a doton spike rise from behind him making him poof. he wouldn't know about myclones jutsu as he is focused on me also his hands are busy with me .

haku: a shadow clone when did he? ( i can't sense him on the ground that emans in the air!)

Doton: Ganchuusou) - Earth Style: Stone Spikes

i drop my blade and cancel out my wind blade i make hand seals and rain begins to fall down to the ground since teh rain absorbs chakra it would cancel your camo jutsu ( it did so to the rasengan and utkaka bubbles in seconds) and since the chakra is bought bacxk to me i would feel where the chakra is coming from not to mention your our line would be seen in the rain as you may be the perfect camo but your still solid your shape would disrpt the rain so i can see your location as well, but since you don't know that this rain is absorbing your chakra/ i can see youe figure above my clones now, you won't be expecting a attack.

as i now know where you are i make hand seals and useing the rain around you i make the rain ( not all of the rain just the ones near you at the moment) into ice, i then make the ice go rushing into you strikeing you.

Hyouton Hijutsu: Sensatsu Suishō no Shi) – Secret Ice Release: Flying Needles of Death and Destruction

Description: A stronger version of the original Flying Needles of Death gathers large amounts of Needles from the air and surrounding environment into more than a thousand needles. The difference is that these needles are literally icicle spikes, and after damaging the target the icicle spikes melt into a light cold rain.

( ps by now i think your camo jutsu would be canceled due to the rain jutsu but if you disagree just vm me and we'll tralk about it)
