"Got it and sorry I didn't mention the hand seals, Zanda forbid the use of seals as either adv or disadv." Keji then reads the scroll and prepares his demonstration.
"(Raiton: Gian) — Lightning Style: False Darkness

Counter: (Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) — Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado. By performing this jutsu I effectively created a living lighting defense. The Dragon could essentially eat the jutsu nullifying it or if I can't form the dragon head in time the electrical vortex surrounding me would nullify it.

Adv: To me it has a few. First is the ability to channel the spear through either mouth or hand. For example you could focus chakra into you hand causing the enemy to look at it but once they do launch the attack from your mouth. Another advantage is the ability to branch the attack to multiple enemies. Finally is the speed in which it attacks catching most shinobi off guard.

Dis: Mainly for me would be the fact that you really have to concentrate on the jutsu. What I mean by this is that if you are distracted or interrupted in the slightest the jutsu will come undone."

"(Raiton: Kirin) — Lightning Release: Kirin

Counter: Act of God U.U

Adv: Two major advantages stand out to me with this. One it can only be dodged by S/T jutsu and two it is a one hit kill.

Dis: The biggest one is the requirements to preform the jutsu. You must first shoot B rank katon at the sky meaning unless your opponent is in the sky you just gave your move away. The next is the 10-12 seal chidori needed to initiate unless the enemy is blinded, distracted, or you have a raiton specialty this is also a give away. Finally if by the slim chance you do miss you are unable to preform the jutsu again in that battle."

Keji catches his breath but soon readies himself. Preforming the ox, rabbit, monkey hand seals Keji begins to focus chakra into his right hand just like chidori, but this time he concentrates a lot more on taming the lightning. Once done he looks at his hand. "Definitely not as wild as the chidori. I also like that it has an electrical sound verses 1000 birds." Keji then thrusts his hand into the ground going through it like butter. Keji's eyes light up. wease:

"Regarding Kirin, true a counter to the actual technique would probably require an act of God, but one can counter by preventing the technique from happening. Try removing the clouds and clearing the sky. Nice job with the other techs though.

Jakai then took out the next scroll. "Alright, so perform the first two techs and analyze the last one."

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) — Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

Description: After performing the following handseals, Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger, the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.

Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank, but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed
Note: Can only be used once every three turns

"For the first technique, you basically create two Chidori in your hand before clapping them together and unleashing the force outwards. This creates a very large thunderbolt that has massive destructive capabilities. Like many lightning techniques, this one is swift and dangerous to use due to it being able to catch the user as well if they are close enough. Which means, location is important on this.

Really simple, this is a double version of lightning blade that allows you to wield one of them in each hand at the same time. It can assist you in close combat situations when you want to perform a deadly strike.

With this last technique, you perform 4 hand seals and emit a blinding light from their body that radiates the environment all around them. The main focus of this technique is that one can use the light as a cover to cast a genjutsu, up to A-Rank, on the opponent. This does mean that you need to use two moves to make it effective."

Keji grabs the scroll and reads it. After reading and listening to Jakai he holds his hands out creating a chidori in each of them. He then aims at a training dummy far away from him and Jakai and claps his hands together. As he does this a giant lightning bolt comes crashing down from the sky leaving a crater in it's wake. With chidori already active in each hand Keji begins to channel more raiton chakra to both while focusing on taming the lightning. Due to the difficulty of this Keji begins to be shocked and burned as he tries to tame the chidori. After a few moments his arms go limp but each hand has an active raikiri. Keji smiles and sit's down "I think it's time for the verbal part. Especially since I can't move my arms at the moment." Keji laughs a little.

Counter: Honestly don't know how to counter light and even if you block the light with doton jutsu you are effectively still accomplishing what the jutsu was meant for.

Adv: It blinds the target with a bright light allowing you to cast a genjutsu as they are distracted. Personally I don't see why one couldn't use this jutsu with other offensive techniques.


Dis: Can only use up to A rank gen after the jutsu for it to work, and just from the scroll and your explanation has no practical use besides setting up a genjutsu.."

"Hmm, you should focus on your chakra more next time. You shouldn't be shocked or burned by your own technique like that. Your own chakra and chakra control should be enough to make sure you're not hurting yourself. Just be sure to know that you should be able to handle the intensity of lightning techs, unless it's an explicitly stated side-effect of a jutsu. Regarding the Lightning Pillar tech, what you stated is fine."

Jakai then took out the next scroll. "This is the last set of techniques, so I want you to perform the first and last technique and explain the second technique."

Descripton: The user will channel lightning chakra into his hand, covering it with a massive Chidori. The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.

Description: This technique requires the user to firstly create a shadow clone. Then, each of them will activate the Lightning Cutter on opposite hands to one another, connecting the two techniques together, forming a chain of sorts, they are then able to use the resulting beam to slice through objects with great ease.

Note: Must first have a Shadow Clone in the field.

(Raiton: Chidori Shinsō) — One Thousand Birds True Spear
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strike their opponent, they use shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurls the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.

Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

"A very large scale attack that uses Chidori as its base to start. Basically, you super charge a Chidori, increasing its size. As you point your hands towards the target, you will unleash the chakra, creating a large 120 degree blast that covers the complete area in front of you and some of your sides as well. It's useful when your facing off a wide range attack or might not know where your enemy is.

This technique first requires a clone and is based off of the Lightning Cutter. You and the clone will each create one in your opposite hands before connecting them, creating a lightning chain that can extend up to mid-range. The chain is able to slice through anything it touches with a clean cut.

This is basically like the Chidori Sharp Spear, but instead of creating multiple blades from the punctured body, the user will generate an even larger build up of lightning chakra. The end result is an electrical explosion."

Reading the scroll Keji holds out his right hand. He then forms a chidori with it but channels more chakra than normal causing it to grow. Keji then aims his right arm at a group of training dummies behind him unleashing a massive blast of chakra spreading 120 degrees in width and reaching up to mid range in length. Keji then creates another chidori in his right hand and dashes towards a long range dummy. Once he enters the mid range mark Keji stops and shapes his chidori into a spear piercing the target, but that's not all he then increases the potency of the lightning causing an electrical explosion at the end of the spear.

Counter: (Raiton: Chidori Shinsō) — One Thousand Birds True Spear and various other jutsu. If you simple destroy the shadow clone you effectively nullify the jutsu.

Adv: This chain is able to cut through anything. It also as a variety of uses do to be connected between two free thinking beings. What I mean by this is that the chain can be maneuvered in almost limitless attack and defense patterns.

Dis: Biggest disadvantage I see is that it is attached to a clone. If the clone goes the jutsu goes with it."
