Zamasu is very self absorbed to the point of calling himself a God and takes every opertunity he has to belittle his enemy and praise himself, he takes enjoyment in murder, as he sees it he's purging the universe of a sinful being, as anyone other then himself is nothing to him.

History:
Zamasu was born on the moon to one of the two branches of Ootsutsuki, and from a young age was brought up with the idea that he was to watch the humans of Hagoromos world and if the clan deemed the world a failure to destory it. Zamasu saw the humans and even his own clan wage war after war, but the men that set Zamasus anger into action would be Madara Uchiha and Hashirama senju. Their power was awe inspiring and their battle was clearly visble to all of the Ootsutsuki on the moon. Zamasu was angered that such lowly lifeforms woukd be stronger then himself. So Zamasu left the moon and came to earth, and decided he would purge the universe of earthlings and then his own clan. He alone would be justice, for who better to dish out justice upon humanity then God himself.

Zamasu as a member of the Ootsutsuki clan has an extra 500 chakra and the Byakugan.
Water Release: Zamasu is able to preform water jutsu with one Hand seal
Wind Release: Zamasu can preform Wind jutsu with increased handseal speed.
