Zabuza has Massive Chakra Reserves, not as much as Kisame but his demon shroud is his visible chakra, Samehada shoudln't have anything to complain about.

And Kisame is said to have Bijuu level chakra reserves.
Bee has a real Bijuu inside him and Samehada still took a while to change sides.

Zabuza cant use samehada and Executioners blade at the same time. he is more experienced with Exe blade so drops samehada.
Kisame picks it up, and in the realisty, sharkraping is a thing.
