zabuza doesnt have a way of hurting suigetsu unless he traps him in a water prison. but zabuza would have to get tired sometime as suigetsu wouldnt be held down by his own element

Suigetsu with his Suika no Justu is more advanced water user than Zabuza.
Suigetsu wins with med-high difficulty.
