I say the Shi,Ino, Choji because basic on your set up you put Zabuza on a downfall; thinking he is save on a bridge would save him because maybe water but these 3 gguys on a different level.
I basically pick them on your set up and these factors:

1. They are on a bridge one way on one way off unless going backwards. Choji will use bm mode to get big as the bridge or close to the size now you putting Zubaza on a downfall.

2. All bridges have shadows many of times reflecting off the water underneath or between the cracks. Basically going to get him if he is on the bridge even if he makes water Dragons .... Shadows on the water and Choji as big as his water dragon.

3. It comes to thinking. It is 1vs3. Ino is wortless but all of them no some sort of basic combat and Ino now knows basic medical.

I like Zubuza and could basically kill many 1vs1 like Ino, but Shino has stopping power and Choji has killing power.

Ino is a sensor type; Karin is not needed other than healing; which is something Ino has at some level; atleast Ino got shintenshin and some minor battle skills.

The main problem for team is they lack offenses; if their intent is just "capturing" the enemy; they have slight chances; but actually defeating the enemy is not likely for them.

Zabuza takes this Med diff. Shikamaru might have a way around the mist just because he is smart, but Zabuza is too much.

All Karin and Ino r good for is locating Zabuza. Zabuza can locate them too. So basically, since they both know where each other are, it all comes down to offense. Ino, Shikamaru, and Karin all lack strong offense and Zabuza is excellent at it.

I think because the arguments for team shikamaru are very lacky, this isn't even a fair thread.. you should add somebody with GOOD offensive atacks and switch him with ino, for example kiba (serberus mode restricted)

Ino, " Let me get behind you I can mind transfer if he get close you might be able to get him into your shadow"

Karin, "Omg your shadow just missed him wtf am I doing in your team anyways where is jugo and the water brat they have way more offense stuff than this.

Couldn't Shikamaru use his chakra to produce a shadow though? I imagine he would be able to but it wouldn't go as far as usual
