I believe Neji can pull this off, mainly since Byakugan > mist. Zabuza's suiton could cause some trouble though

Neji is a horrible match up for Zabuza. He wins mid diff. The Byakugan negates the mist entirely and his suitons are repelled by Kaiten. Neji's already canonically bested water prison via one body blow, so that too is out of the equation. This ultimately comes down to a close quarters confrontation, and Neji's the clear superior in that field.

Hinata would most likely lose. She doesn't posses rotation, a move that makes Neji a bad match up against Zabuza.
