No cuz th rotation was repeling attacks so it wouldve repelled the water also. It doesnt matter of u keep spinning or not. because of that u also pushed away the water under u causing u to sink lower into the water.

no cuz the longer u use rotation the lower o go and the water would eventually be over u but just not touching u cuz of the rotation and once u stop it would all collapse on you thus damaging you. n o edcape once its over you.

Wtf.. If i stop spinning.. the water just gets over me.. like when you throw a brick in the water..It will just go over the brick..

by the time ur at the bottom atleast a hundred fett of water will be over you and when u release it it would come down crashing at you.
Then there will be a 90% that u lost because 1, that water caused a lot of damage and most likely knocked you out. 2, zabuzas sharks are still there wich could easily get you while u got hit. 3, zabuza has knows many water jutsus that could easily drown you.
