Zabuza wins. He can simply use two Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu to drown the paths. Why two and not one? So that Shinra Tensei blocks one of the dragons, and while the cooldown is on, the other dragon strikes and kills them all. Of course, the Water Dragon would have a sealing jutsu on so that it deals with Edo Nagato easily.
