the biggest reason(other than mist) is the water source where zabuza Can make clones w/ water prison hax.

Zabuza is the better swordsman too, so its not a good match-up 4 darui

Zabuza can win this,
he will start with water clones and his mist, his chakra levels are fine and his taijutsu and swordstyle will keep up with darui.
He is fast too and his water jutsus will overpower daruis.

Daruis raiton jutsus will maybe catch zbuza but in the mist there are high possibilitys that they will hit just an other water clone.
Darui shouldnt get near the water due to the danger that he will get cought in the water prison.

Zabuza also has his rage mode ( demon mode ) which allows him to tank a lot of damage.

I think zabuza can win this med-high diff.

I believe Zabuza can take it. The only reason Kakashi kicked his ass was because the sharingan read all his movements. Darui is like a Kakashi without the Sharingan, and Zabuza could've killed Kakashi in the water prison jutsu.
