Zabuza's Kirigakure no jutsu is lethal, but to a Raiton user it's just a tool for Raiton jutsu. Mist is made of water, water enhances lightning. You see where I'm going? And since the mist is so dense and tightly packed, lightning could travel through it rather quickly. One shot of Darui's Kangekiha and he'd be almost instantly shocked to death. A shot of Ranton is even more lethal than the Kangekiha. So Darui wins by using his own jutsu against him.

stupid argument lololol, kakashi used raikiri to kill zabuza and the lightining didn't spread trough the mist... In the nv lightining doesn't travel on the mist so lol fail argument and look my thread

Read this thread I made a while ago, it's impossible to counter.
Anyways, allow me to knock some sense into your head, my dear boy.
Your only argument is that Darui's Raiton will conduct through the mist and strike Zabuza. Horrible argument. Mist is the gas like state of Suiton, gases are poor conductors of electricity. But this is Naruto, so lets stop talking about real like science and just use manga facts.
To answer your question, yes, Kakashi DID activate Raikiri while in the Hidden Mist Jutsu, not once, but three times:
You must be registered for see images
You must be registered for see images
You must be registered for see images
Even Ameyuri Ringo's Raiton has no effect on the mist:
You must be registered for see images
All of these within the mist, so your argument is invalid. There is no way to counter my argument, the scans prove Raiton doesn't have any effect on the mist. Sorry, but you're favorite character loses here and you have to deal with it.
-Kakashi activated Raikiri on the Kirigakure no jutsu, look that chapter again, Sakura can't see clearly because of the mist and she says "someone is moving" ... She didn't see it was Kakashi running with his raikiri... that's because the mist was up.
-Against Madara, Mei used Kirigakure no jutsu to block Madara's sight and still EI'S lightining armour didn't spread...
You won't end patheticly if you just admit Darui loses to Zabuza.. deal with it its a bad matchup for him, he doesn't have any counters for the mist and doesn't have the keen senses to react to sillent killing..
