Darui has storm release,which means he has mastered water style and lightning style. He also has black lightning, the only person besides the 3rd Raikage. He is very skilled in kenjutsu. He fought suigetsu and handled him while Suigetsu was using Zabuza's sword and Kisame said Suigetsu is as good, if not better, with the sword. You're only argument for Zabuza is how can Darui counter hidden mist? Well, it is a D rank technique... Darui wins low-mid diff

Huge Chakra.
Storm Release that he can guide like missles.
Black Lightning.
ect..

Zabuza has:
Mist.....

That is your debate, Zabuza's mist... Zabuza lost to a jounin level Kakashi, even still when he was an edo. So i think a jounin level Darui can beat Zabuza with ease.

Darui will easily take this.........Darui's water + lightning > Zabuza's water.

Zabuza's water style jutsu can be easily countered and overpowered by darui's lightning.
And i will say that both are nearly equal in kenjutsu.

I'm a huge Zabuza fan, but he can't handle Darui's storm or black lighting, if we're just talking sword play I'd give it to Zabuza, the moment before Zabuza attacks in the mist he gives his postion away it's been show in both fights with Kakashi though that may have been his sharigan giving him the advantage, he may get a good hit in but if Darui is ready for an attack Zabuza will not get a chance to hide again, though Darui himself has not been seen to be able to do so if he could channel a lightning attack through the floor like Sasuke did against Itachi he could get an idea of where he is. Also with all that mist in the air the lightning would arc up turning his mist into a giant lightning field. Darui has way to many advantages over Zabuza. I still like the guy he was a great first enemy but the manga has raised the power levels way to much since Zabuza's time. Your effectively trying to argue Raditz vs Trunks right now.

Correction: Kakashi is around Kage level imo. (Cause of ms obviously)

And you're underrating Zabuza a lot, the only reason he lost to Kakashi, twice, was for the sake of the plot. But still, Darui is a tough mofo.
