Let's not forget that Zabuza has shown to be weak in genjutsu defense, which automatically gives Sasuke the advantage by using his Sharingan. He doesn't have bad reflexes, and Chidori stream is as good a defense as it is an offense. A large katon might be able to clear the mist a bit (although that's pretty debatable).

Zabuza would own that crybaby. Zabuza's hidden mist would render Sasuke's sharingon vision useless there's nothing he can do aganist Zabuza.

If Zabuza can enforce his fighting style, he wins. That simple. But that is easier said than done, as well. I'm giving swordsmanship and strength to Zabuza easily. Genjutsu goes to Sasuke, and Ninjutsu is a toss-up at that point I think. Sharingan's threat perception will still allow Sasuke to put up a good fight, as well. If Zabuza is careful he has this one in the bag I think.
