Mifune required 3T reactions from a defending (non-moving) Sasuke, so at minimum he scales to a superior Kakashi (FKS) than the one who fought Zabuza.

Now accounting for that having been a testing strike and Mifune later squaring nigh-evenly with Hanzo, who via the Sannin scales even above V2 Raikage or via the sitautional presence of a KCM clone scales at least even with V2 Raikage, Mifune at serious tilt should genuinely blitz.

All the more so because he specialises in initial strikes, unlike Guy and the RK who need to activate techniques to reach their speed. It is his actual combat style/preference to blitz.
